The Challenge: Devise a recruitment campaign for a diverse and growing programmatic advertising technology company seeking talented employees who are turned off by the industry's stodgy and robotic perception.
The Approach: To combat this perception, we showcased the talented, engaged professionals that make The Trade Desk a great place to work. In doing so, we put a human face on an "industry of bots."

Parse.ly wanted us to get a read on where industry leaders stood on some of the biggest questions in Publishing in 2017. We hit the slopes in Vail, CO at the Digiday Publishing Summit and got to work, turning all three videos around in under 48 hours.
Then, we built an interactive video carousel and housed it natively on Digiday.com. The result? A higher engagement rate than any other "display ad" ever run on the site.
